While short-term housing assistance programs are available in our area, there is often not enough support or funding for long-term incentives to help individuals and families improve living circumstances and plan for the future.

Our rental incentive program will offer long-term support, up to one year, to help an eligible individual or family with rental expenses. This incentive will allow participants to take part in our mentoring and coaching programs to help reach goals for financial stability and credit health.

In order to qualify for the rental incentive program, a referral must be made from one of our partnering agencies.
